BORE PUMP CONTROL
Bore pump control cabinet with remote operation, monitoring and data capture. Cascades with a second pump system via radio. The system will notify client of any faults that accur via email. It has the capabilty of being monitored and operated via any computer, smart phone or tablet. Allowing diagnoses of most situations remotely before visiting site. It monitors pressure before and after filtration system, flow, bore level, manual switch positions, fault indication, pressure and running indicators at second location (inputs via radio).
WATER FILTRATION CONTROL
One of our control systems deployed to manage all aspects of a large ground water fitration station. Together with our standard ability for remote monitoring and operation, we were able to provide our client with:
-complete control over flow and pressure through each individual unit
-pressure setpoint operated tasks
-water cunsumption figures
-running indications
-accurate lake level sensing with action triggering
-highly user friendly interface
and much more......
Compact monitoring system
One of our clients required to simply monitor irrigation pressure and the condition of the main pump. We designed and installed a system that also gave the client the ability to remotely reset and overide any fault indications. For system checks in the feild we priovided accessability via the use of a tablet or smart phone to test, operate and diagnose issues without returning physically to the cotrol system.
custom board/cabinet design for optimal suitability
To give the best to our clients we create custom designed cabinets for site specific and enviroment conditions. Taking into account all aspects including restrictive space and the ability to provide additions in the future if desired.
REUSABLE AND RELOCATABLE MONITORING SYSTEMS
Fast and adaptable, our Reusable and Relocatble Monitoring Systems (EIScontrol RRMS) can be fitted to the externals of any existing cabinet and retrieve all necessary data to enable monitoring of a site without the expense of renewing a complete system. It can also be relocated, if a system becomes redundant or ongoing monitoring becomes unessary. This involves only minor interference and labour.
flow monitoRing
We were asked to provide a system to monitor the flow (l/sec) of an existing system and to be able to: show and calculate how many pumps were running at any given time; send alerts via email to notify if the required amount of flow was not given. This provided a cost effective way of notifing the client of possible pump break down.
